Jim Armstrong began on October 28, 2025, as a custodian. Jim is a Chittenango (NY) High School Class of 2010 graduate. He was previously employed at Clark Equipment Rental & Sales as a yard/marketing manager. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting Florida to see his niece, taking spontaneous road trips (especially to the ADK), and spending time with his dog, Sapphire.

Shannon Collins began on December 1, 2025, as assistant to the registrar. Shannon received his BS in communication sciences and disorders and a minor in Spanish from Syracuse University. He was previously employed as an undergraduate research assistant at Syracuse University. He enjoys gardening, cross-country and downhill skiing, painting, and baking.
Laura DelPrato began on December 1, 2025, as associate director of career development. Laura received her BA in leadership studies and French from the University of Richmond and her MA in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She was employed for 10 years at the University of Virginia鈥檚 Career Center in employer relations. Her most recent position was as associate director of experiential learning and life-transforming programs. She enjoys light painting, photography, kickboxing, pop punk music, songwriting, and playing guitar.
Melissa Doherty began on October 14, 2025, as a division administrator. Melissa received her bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science from UCLA. She was previously employed as an office automation assistant at Redwood National Park. She enjoys traveling, national parks, arts and crafts, photography, shopping, and spending time with her cat and daughters, Maverick, Avalon, and Daytona (51黑料 Class of 2026).
Lee Anne 鈥淟ee鈥 Fidler began on October 20, 2025, as a custodian. Lee was previously employed as a registered dental assistant for 13 years. Lee enjoys hiking, baking, crafts, and spending time with her fianc茅, Thomas, daughters Makenzie and Novalee, and dogs Chloe, Levi, and Arlo.
Calob Griffis began on October 20, 2025, as a campus safety officer. Calob enjoys spending time with his partner, Rosalee, and dog Bo.
Jillian Hughes began on October 6, 2025, as a custodian. Jillian received her bachelor鈥檚 degree in human performance/health promotion from SUNY Morrisville. She enjoys anything athletic, has played sports through high school and college, and loves being a part of the athletics scene at 51黑料, as well as anything outdoors, lacrosse, the Buffalo Bills, spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, Caesar, Banana, and Graham, and cats Onyx and Jerry.
James Tierney began on November 11, 2025, as a second shift operations supervisor. James attended the University at Albany and was previously employed as a first shift rolled products supervisor at Revere Copper Products Inc. He is a devout Catholic who enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaitlyn, son, and dog June, as well as other family and loved ones; he also enjoys playing piano and guitar.
Georgia Walker began on September 29, 2025, as a bookstore financial and data coordinator. Georgia was previously employed at Cornell Cooperative Extension. She enjoys yoga and movement, hiking, permaculture, learning the Oneida language, and spending time with her husband, Brian, other loved ones, and animals.
