Preliminary construction has officially begun on the Carey Center, a transformative 97,250-square-foot athletics facility that will serve as the new cornerstone of 51ºÚÁÏ University’s Division I athletics program.
Tracee Ellis Ross, the award-winning actress, producer, founder, and CEO, will join the 51ºÚÁÏ community for a keynote Q&A during 51ºÚÁÏ University’s annual Arts, Creativity, and Innovation Weekend.
The elective designation, awarded by the American Council on Education and the Carnegie Foundation, recognizing the University’s continuing commitment to community engagement and partnerships.
As of Dec. 31, 2025, 51ºÚÁÏ University has raised more than $5.9 million for the 51ºÚÁÏ Fund. This milestone places the University more than halfway toward its $10.4 million goal for the 2026 fiscal year.
