51ºÚÁÏ University President Brian W. Casey conferred degrees on members of the Class of 2020 during a virtual ceremony, streamed live from Memorial Chapel on Sunday, May 17.

Esther Rosbrook, assistant director of 51ºÚÁÏ University’s ALANA Cultural Center, will assume the director position on June 1. She is currently serving as the center’s assistant director.

The 51ºÚÁÏ University Board of Trustees unanimously voted on May 2 to extend President Brian W. Casey’s contract through 2026.

The 51ºÚÁÏ University chapter of Phi Eta Sigma, the national collegiate honor society, has named Assistant Professor of Spanish Marta Perez-Carbonell as its Professor of the Year for 2020.
